Our Story
A little background…
Shortly after graduating with English and Business degrees from the University of Mississippi in 2013, owner of Ford Plumbing & Gas, Patton Ford, had the privilege of taking a mission trip to Haiti. During his time there, he met plumbers Mike and Jann Kenney of Quality Plumbing based in the Belhaven neighborhood of Jackson. It didn’t take long for Patton to realize through his fast friendship with the Kenneys that plumbing was the industry to which he felt called.
Fast-forward through an apprenticeship with Quality Plumbing and enrollment in plumbing courses at a local college, Patton launched Ford Plumbing & Gas in 2017. Since then, the company has enjoyed steady growth as they perform service work on plumbing and gas systems in the Metro Jackson area. Ford Plumbing’s passion is to introduce the next generation of young men to the plumbing industry while providing a quality product and top-notch service.
